The hotel was conveniently located for visiting Hershey Park, with spacious rooms and exceptionally friendly service. However, the dining experience was sub-par even with the temporary lobby setup, and the lack of a bath cleaning service was a downside.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were in the park, which was a unique setting, but there was an issue with food behind our chair. The odor through the air conditioning unit was quite bothersome. However, we managed to secure a discounted rate for the room despite this issue.
